Any cancellations, returns or exchange are governed by this policy ("Return Policy").
1. Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and packaging.
2. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

3. Cancellations: An order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, you may contact us on the store contact details for cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation in such cases will be done at our sole discretion.
4. Exchanges: For exchanges, please get in touch with our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your product. We will assist you in finding the right item that meets your needs.
5. Customized products are Non-Returnable and Non-Cancelable: Customized products (Custom Logo or Design) are non-returnable and non-cancelable due to their unique, one-off nature. This is because they are made to specific customer orders, making them difficult or impossible to resell or repurpose. However, there may be exceptions for damage or defects, or if the customization was incorrect.
